星期一晚嵐嵐不知搞什麽的，晚上很晚到12點也不睡，扭了很久，現在接近6個月大的她一不開心就雙手亂打，手指甲乱傷了我的下巴，我很惡的罵了她一下，不過很快已後悔。

第二天晚上我從嬸嬸家接嵐嵐回家，離車站有一段要行走的路，一路上她兩邊望（因為她在揹帶上），又伏在我心口，右手手指一直在接我的衣服，好像幫我搔癢，見到她這樣什麽都算了！她真的很可愛啊！感謝神賜給我們一個那麽可愛的囡囡！

ICQ Reborn!

這個ICQ號碼仍是8個位, 已經是十年前,是第二次申請, 原先只有6個位的給人hack了, 無法保留!

舊同事SAN SAN介紹我上Meebo這個web based IM, 好強,  ICQ, MSN, Yahoo! Messenger (雖然我無), 都可以轉web based, 利害! 最合用的就是給公司block了的朋友仔!

雖然我而家公司無管制, 不過因為已有公司MSN, 為了要重開個人MSN, 就用Meebo開自己MSN係左邊, 公司MSN係右邊, 中間開Outlook, 勝在個Mon夠大, 係18.5" Wide LCD, 剛剛好.

過了好一會, list上只有一個人online, 大家已經遺忘了icq了~~

醜陋的中國人

最近世博新聞時不時都見到中國參觀者的醜態，有不少報章專欄作家都重提柏楊的醜陋的中國人，很有遠見地寫出中國人的習性，我相信要一代人過去才有望見到新中國人。

在電腦看到早前到日本大阪拍下的相片，我和太太在一家食店外面的魚缸看見這張告示，拍了下來，當時覺得很有趣，我們也說：其實只是寫給中國人看的！現在翻看不期然苦笑！

用二哥用給嵐嵐的滿月禮物SONY TX﹣7拍出來的HD MP4質素真的不錯，至少以一部卡片機來說，又可以一邊拍一邊OPTICAL ZOOM，而且在家居那麼暗的環境都可拍得可見人，利害！用iMovie剪片沒有用ULEAD VIDEO STUDIO那麼多特效玩，但真的勝在穩定唔死機，以前用UVS10一般都要死一次才可以OUTPUT到。

Digital wallet的HDD壞掉了

就是現在的memory card太平便宜，平日使用都是2GB﹣8GB，正在執捨memory card時想回以前連40GB FUJITSU IDE HDD的 DIGITAL WALLET下星期，可是竟然HDD已壞到怪叫，並且自動關機，大件事！
NOTEBOOK真的不想帶了，雖然MACBOOK PRO不算太重，但是旅行就是想輕輕鬆鬆，帶那麽多東西就是怕他們又不見。NETBOOK又趕不及問人借了。
本來打算用FUJIFILM F30拍短片，EOS 40D拍硬照，新的SONY TX7就留給太太用，不想要求她替我拍短片，可是F30用的是XD，只有2GB卡，我不會再買卡啊，因為已無用。算吧，好好享受，拍少些吧！

Office politics is a really challenge to me. When you have heard enough rumors and ugly opinions about yourself, you must be mad and wanna kill that guy with a pen.

Forgive me and please let me forgive him. God gave me the chance to claim my innocence to the right person. Although nothing has changed, I have to walk away very soon. The truth has been revealed.

There are always losers in such "killing" situation. I do wish this company will be prosperous and my "former" boss will believe in Jesus soon.

I hope I have time to write thank you card to those colleagues I respect most.

Finally Smartone home broadband is in my home

Finally I subscribe Smartone Vodafone home broadband (w/residential phone line as a plus). However the sales reminded me that I will face a relative low speed during December. Because Smartone is undergoing a speed upgrade project and I will enjoy the stated speed after that. So now it is slow as turtle, in numbers. However when I surfed that internet, I feel it is as slow as PCCW as before. Strange.

Below result was done via PCCW broadband line. The numbers are much better than Smartone Vodafone now. Let see what will be the result after the upgrade project.

My first Prosumer DC - Canon PowerShot G1

In a forum I saw a post for a too fake rumor about Canon new G1. I remember my G1 was first bought second hand for HK $4000 to take article photos for a computer magazine. I really miss her. At that time I also bought a Speedlite 420EX to try using bounce lighting. 420EX is still here, although the metal battery contact are not so sensitive. However I sold out my G1 many years ago because I found she had started to have "dead spot" and this cancer was spreading. I sold her out at only HK $1000 before she became badly ill.

Macbook Pro Muli touch功能突然失效

今天用了個多月的Macbook Pro 13.3" keypad的三隻及四隻手指的Multi touch功能突然無反應，還以為要回廠修理，Google後發現不少人有同樣情形，剛fix好，把方法分享。

建議先用原始方法找紙筆抄下，除非你有多部netbook或smartphone

1．重新開機，同時按著Command+S約5秒
2．見到"#"提示畫面
3．鍵入“fsch_htf -f /dev/disk0s2" (留意尾三的是零)
4．鍵入“shutdown -r now"

它會自動重新啟動，回復正常！

病因：有人估計是撞software, 不過無人能証實，我的確又剛剛安裝MS Office。

Good idea of full functional HTPC: Asus EeeBox 1501

I think this is a good idea to integrate all machine around your TV. HD TV recorder, HD TV tuner, DVD player, mass storage for digital photos and videos should be just one machine. Asus

EeeBox 1501 perhaps can help us to do so, with Windows 7, though I'm now not the fan of Windows. I'm, indeed, frusted with Windows, by recent print sharing using my old P4 Windows.
However this white box isn't cheap enough. It costs HK$3,688!!!

Really exhausted

On Thursday night Rev. Markus Greiger reviving meeting started. The meeting will be held in church everynight until Saturday. That Thursday I woke up so early at 5:45pm going to Qian Yu for work. When I got back to church, it was already 9pm.

Yesterday night I insist to go to the meeting. I can't refuse the attraction to God, though Helen was little ill and sleeping at home, neither going to night school nor the service.

Yes. Somehow God answered in the message last night. My situation is not so complicated as that of Rev Markus. My job is not stable and it seems that I have leave this position before April next year. I sent out nearly fifty CV to different kinds of company and it is --- no response at all. During this period, Helen is going to give birth to our beloved girl Namnam not later than Dec. Furthermore we have just bought our new home and we have to paid the loan every month. The bank wouldn't listen to any excuse, you have to pay on time.

Well well well. Not too complicated. "I am here," my Lord hold me yesterday. He loves us. He loves Namnam, He loves Helen and me.

And He has said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness"

We've got message and testimony from Pastora Sumural. Last Saturday Manila, Philipines has already suffer from Tropical Storm Ketsana, followed by the flood. Today I clicked on the Google Earth and I can't find the land because another "super" typhoon Parma just stepped on her!

臨近moving 的日子, 很多也處於混亂狀態, 沒有了broadband line, 電腦也少開了, 不知是否荒廢了一段時間, 竟然Windows也罷工了, 昨天開啟時竟然出現罕見的絕症—“Error loading OS”, 用CD版的WinPE重開, 好在文件還在, 應該不是harddisk error, 不過原因, 可能就如很多Windows一樣, 重裝比起找出問題所花費的工夫更少吧。
Anyway, Macbook Pro已在舊屋等著我, 相信這部P4 2.8重見天日的日子還要好一段日子後了。

今天阿成會再上來搞張床頭, 多謝幫忙!

Days without internet

We're moving to new home. We have to move the broadband line first to the new home because we need CAT5 line set because the furnitures are in. Thus starting from Aug 24, Helen & I cannot connect to internet up to now. I now hide in my seat in workplace to write down this blog. Oh lovely Blogger. I missed Farmville in Facebook too!
